Title: Betty's Fabulous Turkey and Pasta Soup
Categories: Soups, Turkey, Groundmeat, Pasta, Beans
Yield: 16 Servings
2 lb Ground turkey
3 lg Onions
2 tb (Heaping) Garlic
4 tb (Heaping) Curry
2 qt Jars Ragu or Prego sauce
4 c Each: carrots, celery
Cauliflower, broccoli
2 (#2) cans green beans
1/3 lb Box pasta shells or
2 lb Diced potatoes
Water to cover
Brown turkey with onions and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.

I'm posting turkey soup recipes as the Americans here have just
celebrated their Thanksgiving Holiday and a lot of them roasted
large turkeys and have leftovers as a result.
This recipe calls for fried, raw, ground up turkey but it would be
easy to make with boneless, chopped up, cooked turkey (or chicken)
too.
Ragu and Prego are brand names of commercially made canned Italian
style flavoured tomato sauces for pasta.
