Ludwig I know of and sometimes enjoy. Messaien I did the search engine
on and found that he's recently passed ('92). And was a birdwatcher.
Which explains the piece I auditioned - "Le Merle noir" on You Tube.
Woctakobny was tough going in both Bing and Google. They kept trying
to sell me Shostakovich - so, are you having me on? Or what? The name
"Woctakobny" seems as if it may be Russian and their funky alphabet
may be the cause of misguidance.  Bv)=

      Title: Pickled Mushrooms w/Sauce
 Categories: Mushrooms, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings

      6    Boletus mushrooms
      6    Honey mushrooms
      6    Field mushrooms
      6    Saffron milk-cap mushrooms
      2 tb Greens; chopped
      1 tb Capers
      4 tb Vegetable oil
      1 ts Mustard
           Vinegar, salt, pepper

  Chop mushrooms in sticks. Mix greens, capers, oil,
  mustard and other ingredients on your taste. Pour the
  sauce over mushrroms and decorated with dill.

      Title: Pickled Mushroom Pate
 Categories: Five, Mushrooms, Spreads, Vegetables
      Yield: 2 servings

     10    Pickled mushrooms
      2    Onions
      3 tb Oil
           Pepper
           Greens

  Chop mushroom very finely. Fry chopped onion until
  golden brown. Mix all ingredients and decorate with
  greens.
