      Title: Hunting Sauce
 Categories: Five, Sauces, Mushrooms, Herbs
      Yield: 6 servings

      2 c  Red sauce
      2 tb Oil
      5 oz Fresh mushrooms
           Butter
           Parsley & tarragon greens

  Fry finely chopped mushrooms and onion in oil and put
  them into the red sauce, stew for 15-20 minutes. After
  that pour in red wine and chopped greens. Bring to boil
  and dress with melted butter.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Red Sauce
 Categories: Five, Sauces
      Yield: 1 cup

      1 c  Broth or water
      1 tb Flour
      1 tb Butter
           Salt

  Fry butter until light brown. Add to flour, fry stirring
  regularly until it is light red. Dissolve in the broth
  and bring to boil, salt and cook for 10-15 minutes on
  low heat. Serve to fried meat, cutlets.
