Yeah, but those 61 cents plus the other little fees charged to you
guys over there, add up rather quickly.  We too get to pay the 911 fee
here unfortunately.  Then they expect the carriers to absorb the cost
of various other services that they MUST supply by law.  Of course you
know who is going to absorb that cost.  It aint the carriers.
