RM> If I request FILES.* every time I connect, does your setup remember

PE> Sheesh you're thick. Try this command:

PE> dir c:\binkley\inbound\prot\f711x934.zip

PE> If it comes up and says "1 file found", you're onto a winner.

RM> What I meant to say was: how do I tell if you've updated the files
RM> list?

FREQ "FILES", then look for the filename called F711X934.ZIP,
and see if the date of last update was greater than the one
you have.

Oops, that won't work, because it gets recreated every day.

It takes 23 seconds to transfer my files list, I'd suggest you
just get it once/week or once/fortnight or something. I'm sure
you don't need to desperately keep up with the latest and greatest
ABSOLUTE CRAP that David Begley keeps uploading? BFN. Paul.
