If you deleted a system registry setting than it is broken. That =
said, it's not clear whether you are saying that you confirmed that SP4 =
fixed it or whether you are just repeating that others said so.

I removed the registry entry as did everyone else who has complained =
about
this issue. Why would SP4 repair it, the entry wasn't broken and =
needing
patched so I fail to understand why SP4 would be concerned with this =
at all
unless it's just MS forcing it back into the system because they =
didn't like
adaware removing it.

Unless you deleted it this key and the subkey for the show related =
menu
item would be present prior to installing SP4. The show related menu =
item
is part of Windows 2000. As he mentioned, the alexa toolbar is =
something
else entirely.

If you
deleted a system =
registry=20
setting than it is broken. That said, it's not clear whether you = are=20
saying that you confirmed that SP4 fixed it or whether you are just = repeating=20
that others said so.
