 Kewl. They are TRYING to tell us that you can write a 504 without an 
evaluation. (Mississippi) Bus suspensions do not count as suspensions (10 
days, change of placement) if you take the child to school.
 Glad to hear that at least you got an evaluation. They showed up with ours 
on the day that the OCR called. They are trying to place David in basically a 
day care 20 miles east. (but no, they are not pre-determining placement, are 
they...)
