That's good, just in case things get a little TOO friendly.

If she can swing, she'll figure out the rest. She's just unsure of
herself. As to big feet, she'll grow into them. Hen cockatiels are
usually bigger than males, at least the ones I have are bigger!

Just watch'em closely when they're out together.

7/8 inch. Hmmm... those dimensions sound like what I have my conures in.
There is some risk involved in putting tiels into a big-bar cage like
that. Some tiels never try to put their heads out, others make a
career out of it. I had my first tiel in a cage with that bar spacing
for 8 years, and he got stuck once, during a fear attack. Other than
that, he did fine in it. But knowing what I know now, I wouldn't use
that cage again. I'd recommend against it. You could use it as an
enclosed play area while you are sitting right there, but I wouldn't
house them in it when you're away from home.

A CONURE, Sue--this size cage is perfect for a single conure!

Uh oh, somebody forgot to get her vaccinations!
