Thanks for point this out, Steve.  This is not technically a bug, but it's a 
good thing to be aware of.  You can also get around this problem by declaring 
SysUtils before WinProcs in your "uses" clause.
There are a couple of other instances of same names.  TBitmap is one that 
comes to mind.
