Neither you or I are the moderator for this echo, Paul Casey is. I haven't 
seen him tell users they can't question a seller about the product you claim 
to offer. Furthermore, I think Dick Walsh has done everyone here a good 
service by tracking down the fact there is no Win95C THAT YOU WERE OFFERING 
FOR SALE.
You have refused to clarify your post when asked to and even when given 
additional information. That shows intent. Do you understand the concept of 
mail fraud? This can be delivered to US postal authorities or the state 
attorney general where you live.  No reply needed.
