SP> I dunno, I haven't heard a whole lot of Floyd. I have heard Pulse,
SP> Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here?, and some various songs off
SP> the others. I have heard that _Animals_ and _Atom Heart Mother_ are

FS> My favorite is _Wish You Were Here_. I like it so much I bought it on

AR> To S.P.-Not to nitpick (actually, it's what I'm best at, but I find it
AR> annoys others. oh well, I can't help myself.), but "Dark Side of the
AR> Moon" was an album, not a song. The song with the phase "I'll see you
AR> on the dark side of the moon.." found on the aforementioned album, is
 AR> called "Brain Damage"..
He didn't say that "Dark Side of the Moon" *was* a song.
AR> Now, to Frank- Wish You Were Here is a neat album. I know all Pink
AR> Floyd lyrics, but ironically have not heard most of the songs, but I
AR> do know the song Wish You Were Here (it's my favourite Pink Floyd
AR> song), and I do look forward to hearing the rest of the album.
The best parts of the album, to me, are the various parts of "Shine On
You Crazy Diamond."

MR> Which of the following do you recomend most...
 MR> Yes(relayer),(the Yes Album),(Fragile),(close to the
 MR> Edge),
I would recommend them in the order in which they were released
(listed below) simply because they got more and more complex and
cacophonous as time went on. All of the albums you mention are great Yes
albums. _Fragile_ is probably my favorite, but then, if I were listening
to any of the others right now I'd say that *it* was my favorite. You
simply can't go wrong with ANY of the following:
_The Yes Album_
_Fragile_
_Close to The Edge_
_Relayer_
