If you elected to install the documentation, you should most certainly have
the various INF files which document the OS/2 API.  The Control Program
Reference and Presentation Manager Reference are the main documents.  These
should be in \WATCOM\BINP\HELP by default.

You did not, by any chance, install under Windows instead of OS/2?
