To say that my subscription is messed up is an understatement. I sent them
a log of my telephone conversations, including names, at their request.

I was also told that there had been a months-long delay in shipping DDK 3
because the disk pressing contractor had quality problems. However, I had
already received DDK 3 on the supposedly bad disk. When I called to
complain about not getting DevCon 9 Special Edition, they instead sent a
DDK 3 disk.

I am getting really fed up with these DevCon "fulfillment" contractors.

I appreciate the offer, but I have been promised the disks through channels.
