Paul, at 14:11 on May 11 1996, you wrote to Bill Grimsley...

Christ, that IS weird. First time I've ever heard of that happening.

BG> Do you have the "Desktop Settings, Window, Minimise to
Desktop" selected

PE> No, I don't have that as a default.

Given that most people seem to prefer it like that anyway, it might be
worth making it global, and then see if that cures the current problem as
well.

BG> If so, what about the Settings for the actual session itself, as these can

PE> This is what I have done, I have set it to "minimize to desktop".

I've just tried your settings here, yet it worked exactly as expected.

BG> I'd be very surprised if your version of Warp is actually buggy in

PE> The day I don't find a bug, is the day that I stop using things.

That's funny, I just said in another message that no software is completely
bug-free, and you disagreed with me...

BG> From memory, I think the actual install defaults are "Minimise
to Viewer",
BG> or something like that, so you might need to do a global change after all.

PE> I don't need a global change, I just want it for the couple of things

So where do all your other minimised apps go then? To the Minimised Window
Viewer, or what? I personally prefer them on the desktop for easy access.

Why not try it anyway and see if that solves your immediate problem?

Regards, Bill
