You must be in a crack in the system, somehow.  I got the Special
Edition and a letter offering me a 5 for 4 deal if I renewed by Mar 8. 
Called to renew and they told me I would get 6 sets: a second copy of
Devcon 9 + the SE disks (because the 'system' didn't know how to skip
shipping the current set on a renewal) then Vols 10 - 14.  If thta's
the case for enryone, it means that either one waits to renew until the
next volume after expiration ships or a duplicate of the last volume is
shipped.  Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but the gal taking the
order told me to just give the duplicate to someone else.  

If you have the problems you had last time your subscription ran out,
I can send you the SE disks - one is just a copy of fixpak 17, the
other 2 are replacements for disc 3 & 4.
