This cannot be done with TMemo.  If the amount of text is small and you don't 
need editing capabilities, you could draw the text yourself into a TImage 
control.  You will have to handle word wrapping yourself.  Otherwise, you'll 
probably need to look for a third party solution (or talk the client into 
allowing Delphi 2, or better yet, Delphi 3).
