Word "election" use in Policy, so - elections are exist :-) !
In real live exist "election committtee (or commission)" who
initiate and process of elect, summaries votes and approve wins. In the
FIDO such absent so it's replaced by IC (and another *Cs for theirs low
levels) - not ZCC as write there.
