I tnink part of the "drug paranoia" and principals use of power run into this 
line of thinking.
"Hemp" is any shape or form that is not gov't issues, approved or gronw MUST 
be stamped out and this is the mentality of these bureacrats.
Hemp clothing - illegal!!! GUFFAW - what a bunch of fools - they can't even 
educated themselves - let alone the children they are entrusted with.
