Interestingly in Europe inm the early days of color they had Dual
Standard Sets. We have on ew on the Simon Lake when I was in Scotland. 
And also the PAL system was FAR superior to Never the Same Color Twice
in Color Rendition. 
Although in hte Devence of NTSC over i nJapan tyhat adapted the RCA
system their Color is about equal to PAL. But then their Stations
Engineers are Not "Don't Give a Damn UNION Goons".
