Yep, a friend an I were doing sort of a "starter home" price
comparision the other day for places we knew about. Starter home in this
case is 3br, 2bth, garage.
Ft. Campbell/Clarksville, KY: $72,000 Salem, Oregon: >$110,000
Manassas, VA: $325,000
