Except ZMH we have another problems which can be resolve only by ZC, but
Ward doesn't understand these... May be he is the best ZC for Europe zone
but for other part - R50 - he isn't the best Coordinator. I will not write
more examples of his decides which damage life of our region, and for
example - rename fileecho NODEDIFF to NODEDIFZ at last autumn: in R50.SYSOP
echo as far as (today) sysops write about troubles in receiving
nodediffs...

He is not manage (make inquiries) with big zone now. I think that he is the
best "Europe Coordinator" if Europe will compile as one region
(but R50 and other Slavonic countries at other region with zone control as
majority of zone), but this variant will reject by him (and other), as I
understand.
