Hey Smartie ...
Season just getting started, give me a break, or are you talking
about gale season :( ... hey dude, single handling in a gale ain't
that much fun ya know. I admit if you can have some sail up you can go
like stink as long as it ain't blowing you into shore or the rocks :-)
Glad you found a reasonable way to have some regular sailing. The
problem with the banks are there are so darn many people claiming
personal bankrupsy they are very cautious these days. People are so
heavy in debt that they have their backs to the wall and don't pay. At
our company our bad debt expense has doubled in the past eighteen months
:-) and it's a BIG number.
RK> Am aroung for a few weeks then the heavy travel starts. Any
luck with a vessel ? I see in this month Canadain Yachting that the
Jenneau is still listed.
Has the other deal fallen through. Drop me a note an let >RK> me know
how you're doing
yet. I was close, but the bank managed to find a

Well it may be an old listing but it's there in the October issue :-)

Augustin why did you change jobs again ? What kind of boat work is done
at Queenship Yachts ?
Well it's Monday and I did some more work on Toy Box today, did the
engine, the generator, Penny painted the cradle a with rustclad ( a
puuuuuuuuudy blue ) Still have lots to do but ran out of time. Yet
another thanksgiving dinner. Hey, I am not complaining but I had to
stop yesterday and today at about 2:00 pm and I still had lots to do.
The dinners were good though.
Going to Montreal tomorrow for a couple of days and then Haulout is on
Saturday Oh well it was a good season for us, I finally
got everything going the way I wanted it too .... yes even the wind
direction indicators :^). As a matter of fact I got both sets
working. Would you believe that after changing everything ( except the
head on the top of the mast ) that's just what it turned out to be.
Hope all is well, when are you coming to Toronto ? Do you have a mate
out there yet ? Or you just sniffin' around. Enjoy Lotus land and send
me the occasion post to let me know how you are doing.
