16.5 will fit a 16 inch rim? Are you sure?

Hmm. No one has mentioned that before. Seems like a good lead. There should 
be quite a lot of those around. Too bad I didn't pay closer attention a few 
years back. I drove a Suburban company vehicle for a while. I could have 
easily checked the fit.
