 That is right. the Color Differnce signals, R-Y ande B-Y are sent
alternatly. The signals are frequenct modulated into the Subcarrier and
a delay line is used at the reciever to enable both sets of signals to
be avaialble. The use of Sequential signals effectiavely halves the
vertical resolution(Thus the 800 scan lines used by the French System
to get accecptable picture as compaired to NTSC)
Well that totaly exhauseted my SECAM knowledge. Berhpas it will tickel
