An abbreviation for ounce, a weight meaurement used in USA (and hardly
anyplace else).
Glad to see you back to posting in the echo. Keep it up.
In this recipe 1 stick butter is 1/4 pound or about 113 grams. Butter
usually comes here in one pound boxes with four sticks, so 1 stick is a
common unit. I doubt that you would need to be that precise -- i.e. 100
to 125 grams would be fine.
In Meal Master recipes, c is an abreviation for cup. One cup is a
volume measure and equal to 236.6 MilliLiters.
tb and T are MM abreviations for tablespoon. One tablespoon is just
under 15 milliliters.
Feel free to ask questions here in the echo. Someone will respond.
