It depends on if I am maintaining or doing new development, and if I am
able to use ILE or stuck with OPM style.

If I'm doing traditional RPG/400, RPG III, or basic RPG IV, in maintenance
mode with old style code, you can have it.

If I can do new development with properly designed projects, perhaps.

It's gotten better by V5R2's ILE variant, but....
