Because Fido doesn't observe daylight saving, I am likely to 
be receiving the morning mail at about 7-7.30 am.  Please 
do not call between 7.30am-8.00am unless you are an STD caller
or a very quick (<1.5 minutes) caller.  After 8am it doesn't
make any difference to STD callers, so they don't have any
