I take it that you're willing to "run" with Blake Bowers, him as Moderator 
and you as Assistant?  Just clarifying for the record......   :-)

I semi-agree.....however ANY ugliness will be nipped in the bud, firmly and 
decisively.
As it is, I favor a good round of discussion of the future and interaction 
between the Users/Participants and the Candidates. I would not like to 
arbitrarily limit that interaction at this stage of affairs.
For now, it is loose and flexible.  I'll be posting the ground rules in a 
short time....perhaps a week or two.....but I don't want to inhibit any 
constructive
discussions pursuant to the future of this echo.
