How do you manually (or programically) register OCX's on w/ Windows?  I 
wrote a program using the Graphing OCX.  Works fine on the development 
machine because Delphi registered the components.  When I run it on the test 
machine, I get EOleSysError, class not registered.  I've copied all required 
files to the \windows\system directory.  Still no go.  Even tried using 
REGSVR32.EXE and still no go.  Can someone please help...
