BG> I spoke to Wayne myself last night, as he rang to let us know
BG> that they found Peter's body (it was Wayne who actually found
BG> him too, and he was noticeably quite upset about it), all black
BG> and bloated to about twice normal size. Poor, stupid bastard.
BG> Wayne had been drinking with them at the pub a bit earlier, and
BG> they'd both had a skinful before pissing off and killing
 BG> themselves.

It's funny how death always seems to happen quickly.

BG> I won't dispute your maths (I'll leave that for Rod :)), but it
BG> was said that the rain which fell in the Brisbane Valley alone
BG> would have filled Sydney Harbour 100 times over. And I don't
BG> doubt it either. I suppose you've seen by now what it's done to
BG> the GC and SC beaches (or what's left of them)? Bloody weather!

The truth is that Sydney Harbour doesn't hold all that much water.
Even so, the power of this planet is immense.

BL> They do a deal with NSW to cart it all back again... it's a
BL> nice little earner for the Tweed Shire Council.

BG> They're no fools. Any wonder they opposed the proposed
BG> extensions to the groynes at the mouth of the Tweed River.
BG> Would have cost them heaps.

It's really entertaining to watch the boats go out through the bar,
too.

Regards,
Bob
