Recently removed the two 128MB (16x840) PC133M KBYTE 12 50319 RAM DIMMs from slots 1&2 in my System Tiger 970533 1.8gHz P4, 400 mHz Bus speed computer with Windows 98se O/S, which "Systems Properies" correctly reported as 256MB total RAM and installed a new RK-Byte 256MB-DDR PC2100 and a new Kingston-PC21000DDR/256MB RAM sticks in the 184 DIMM slots; which unfortunely "System Properies" only reports as a total of 480MB instead of the anticipated 512MB total RAM when booted ON Installed singly in slot 3 or slot 4,each only reports as 224MB What hocus pocus foreplay am I missing please?
