No, he isn't.  He knew that if he couldn't get 60ns chips in he
was unlikely to get a sale.  Telling me the reason why the price
had dropped did not affect his chances of a sale, one way or the
other.  BTW, I bought my RAM from the other Yum Cha guy today, and
may or may not attempt to install the thing today.  Probably I 
won't, because I'll be without a com1 until tomorrow, when he says
he will give me some leads that I need (he will also give me the
manual tomorrow).  BFN.  Paul.
