Language problem - so we need software with cirillic support. And very high
cost intercity phone calls require connections over Internet.

As I see on 1:140/1 - R50's echoes is very majority of all echoes of Z1. I
down't know what traffic in Z1 echoes per a day, in R50 backbone have 8
megabytes per a day (250 MB per a month) unpacked datas.
