I've paid bigger invoices than that in cash overthere and nobody ever
raised a finger.

We've been through that before ... should that ever happen to me and they
are not able to successfully prosecute me then I simply take the receipt
for the money to any courthouse here and get a court-order to sell US
assets, such as the furniture of the office of the US embassador ... :-)
