I formally dissagree ... a number of updates are badly needed. The
framework still is OK.
 
Some 2 years ago we were very close to adopting an update, the first update ever.
 
However, there's a group of individuals who made it fail for the mere
pleasure of making it fail.
 
And "No", I will refuse ever to say that this group of
individuals was zone-1 based. So don't ask me which zone they're from, I
will not say but everybody who was present then and kept him/herself
informed was a witness so it isn't exactly a big secret either.
