-> Well, have a great time! You'll love the Grand Canyon, Phoenix, and
icki!
-> But don't arrive tired in Phoenix...Vicki has more energy than a nuclear
-> power plant (g)! And she's the best tour guide west of the Mississippi!
-> Hey, take some pictures of CJ and Tush, will ya? I haven't seen any of
Tush
-> since she was a tiny baby (hint, hint, Bob!).
We are backkkkk.... We had a great time on the trip. We did have to make a
few detours along the way due to closed roads (for snow of all things, in
CA!!!). But everthing worked out ok, we got to see everything we wanted to
and
more. We even were able to stay in the El Tovar hotel at the Canyon instead
of
the Maswik that we had the reservations in. It was a real nice place. And
the
service was great.
Your right about Vicki Meg. You wouldn't believe that a trip to the top of a
mountain would cost a few hundred dollars now would you? Did you know that
the
Indians out there still attack? Now they attack your wallet though... Ask
Vicki about this story.
I wasn't able to get any pictures of either of Bob's horses Meg. He took us
to
see them after dark. He does have the means to take some pictures of them
ow
though so keep bugging them. Tush is looking pretty good from what I could
see
of her. She sure is a friendly little kid.
-> OK all you Western types...now that Mike and I will have made it out your
-> way, how's about you guys braving the cold, snow, sleet, wind, etc. of us
-> Easterners and wending your way this way some time! You could even come
n
-> the spring (mud) or summer (heat/humidity/bugs)!
I think that is an excellent idea. In fact Vicki di mention wanting to visit
some of our historic type areas. You have a lot of them around you Meg. We
don't ahve a lot of tourist type stuff here but if someone comes in the
summertime I can show them around for sure.
