Well I finally tracked down the Official Ms. Bug report on the Left
Margin problem. All it adds is that the problem effects not only FPW
2.5, 2.5A, 2.5B and 2.6, but 2.6A as well. I can not even tell from
this if it ever got fixed:

SYMPTOMS

SET MARGIN does not affect the left margin when you are printing in FoxPro
for Macintosh or FoxPro for Windows.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem
and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it
becomes available.

SET MARGIN is used to set the left offset of printing. It works correctly
in FoxBASE+/Mac.
