Which reminds me: Has anyone done a song based on
Christopher Hinz' "Paratwa" series?
(Why does it remind me of this? Well, he describes a ruling caste
which, for reasons never explained ((at least in the first two books))
is known as the Ash Ock. I'm still trying to decide whether
it's got anything to do with the traditional symbolism of Ash and Oak.
Probably not, but there might be a hook for a filk lurking there.)
