I don't have this, but I have heard good things about it.  Are you
looking for a good intro to ELO or are you a completist?  The box set
called _Afterglow_ is kind of a disappointment because of things they
left off and things that they did to some of the songs.
I'm a fan of really early ELO and, if you are a similar fan, see if you
can find the UK double CD called _Early ELO_.  It contains masterfully
remastered versions of their first two albums, some quad mixes, some odd
B-sides, and alternative versions of a few songs.  Nothing older than
1973.  Pretty cool assortment and the sound is, um, out of this world!
Maybe I should've said 'out of the blue' ;-)
