There are no complete books - the Police Call Plus series omits business 
users and medical paging for example.  And you would have to buy something 
like a dozen books to cover the country.
  
However, PerCon does put out a couple of different CD-ROMs - issued 
quarterly, the "Spectrum" version is only $35 per quarter and covers 
everything in the FCC license files.  It can be read by Macintosh or 
DOS/Windows computers.
  
PerCon is in Bemus Point, NY.  I don't have a phone number because they don't 
put it on the CD case!  I contacted them with information from an ad in 
Monitoring Times.
