Read Acts 2:38,39  infact read the whole chapter.  Keep in mind the
words in these two scriptures.
The promise if for you and I for this generation next generation those
near and far and "FOR ALL WHOM THE LORD GOD WILL CALL" he is still
calling today.
Also this is to continue until what is perfect has come.  Perfection
hasn't come yet.  It is soon to be here.
