> Gee, Smog levels, for the most part have DECLINED.
Out of idle and acacemic curiosity where have smog levels declined? Here in
Vancouver, smog levels are still increasing as the number of cars on the road
increases - the GVRD (Greater Vancouver Regional District) increases in
population by 100,000+ per annum with a proportionate increase in automobile
use. The same can also be said for other majour cities. Are you reporting a
US average, a worldwide average or a regional Florida average? Further, are
you referring to total smog or to a standardized value expressed as smog per
capita? Just curious. I would also be grateful if you could cite the
supporting scientific literature.
Cheers... Daniel Abrams :)
