So what does this mean? We allready know the state of arcade gaming
is dismal- there hasn't been an original idea in 6 years. The arcade
companies seem to be falling back on their laurels, they see that fighters
make money, so that's all they make. What was the last original arcade game
you can remember?
There really isn't much to take me into the arcade that isn't on my
home machine, and there lies the problem for many people. Certainly VR up to
this point hasn't gotten anyone into the arcades, and not much else has
either.
