You failed to include operating "pools". Football
pools, baseball pools, soccer pools, basketball pools,
probably horserace pools, baby sex/birthdate pools, and
poker games based on paycheck numbers, among other things.

$6 Million Software Scam
A former Microsoft employee last week pleaded
guilty to falsely ordering software meant for
internal use and selling it for personal profit,
the 3rd such incident since December.
Kori Robin Brown, 31, a former administrative
assistant at the company's Xbox video console
and games division, ordered more than $6 million
worth of Microsoft's SQL Server and sold it for
personal gain between 1998 and 2000, the U.S.
Attorney's Office said. Brown faces up to 5
years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000
for mail fraud when she is sentenced October 3.
