Dunno, but my old 386DX33 used 8x256Kb Goldstar SIMMs, and I bought that
back in 1991,  6 months later, I upgraded to 8x1Mb SIMMs, and those were
made by Mitsubishi and Panasonic (4 of each).  My 4x4Mb SIMMs were also
Panasonics, although I have no idea who made my current 2x16Mb 72-pin
modules.
