| subject: | DOSable USB workaround ? |
My new Lexmark X75 3in1 Printer/Scanner/Copier works quite well in place of a tired Lexmark 3200 and UMAX 3400 scanner with my Systemax Tiger 970553 1.8 gHz computer with win98se; except while the USB interconnection will print out ok from WordPad,etc., it won't print from SLMR 2.1 as the earlier setup did. DOSless XP OSs can facilitate running similar DOS programs fairly well. Is there a workaround available to facilitate USB connections when one is useing old valued DOS programs like SLMR in Windows98se?
