He is not taking advantage of me, I have a monthly cost for my mobile
phone ($5), I have had the phone a lot longer than I have had my
current job. Having a mobile phone was not a condition of employment.

If I have a need to call him he covers the cost of the call, when he
calls me he covers the cost of the call.
