I have a scanner, but what I get from the library is DVD's.  They have
thousands available to checkout, along with thousands of music CD's but I have
enough music.  Meanwhile I'm catching up on all the TV series I never watched
when they were on the air.  For books I have a Kindle, the library "checks out"
ebooks also.  Here in the condo I have 9 physical books, and they're all
cookbooks.

By the way, welcome to the cooking echo.  I'm one of the lurkers and seldom
come out into the light.
