Walking on the rights of the residents of Upper Michigan gave
them the idea they should bury the atomic waste from several
neighboring states in Michigan (lower penninsula) as well.
While Michigan residents are recycling/sorting/and cleaning
recycleable containers Canada is shipping it's garbage over
here to dump in our Michigan landfills.

Polluting the Great Lakes seems a national pastime lately with
PCBs (fire retardant), atomic waste leaking into underground
water systems, and the occasional overflow of sewage into the
mixture during heavy rainfall. 

NASA does not have a patent on arrogance and stupidity.
