Might as well, I discover that the Kari-Out brand
soy sauce, though not particularly good, is also
gluten-free, as its management are celiacs.

As I noted before, back in the olden days the
hidden lactose lurking in many foods was a major
pitfall and source of trouble. Thank goodness I'm
no longer so sensitive and can eat a couple slices
of aged cheese or a scoop of ice cream with few if
any effects. Stick with the course, and maybe you
won't have to be so strict forever.
Robin's dressing
categories: cartoon, Asian, fusion, salads
yield: 10 fl
1 c vegetable oil
1 Tb vinegar or lemon juice
2 Tb tahini
2 ts tamari soy sauce
1 garlic clove
1 in ginger
1/4 ts thyme
Peel the clove of garlic and piece of ginger.
Put all ingredients into jar. Close the lid tightly.
Shake well.
Pour on salad. Use 1/2 c or less for large salad.
Do not let garlic or ginger fall in salad.
